Why go to a clinic?  Get advice from medical staff who specialize in ostomy care and are members of the Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN) Association.  They will provide appliance/pouching evaluation, stoma/peri-stomal skin evaluation, and self-care instructions.
